Maybe hologram technology has gone a lot further than I thought but I'm pretty sure girls at strip clubs are real.

Even if I am being taken for a ride, is that a bad thing? People pay money to go on rides at Six Flaggs. Is it all that bad that I am getting a lapdance instead of small ride on a rollercoaster? It might be all fake but it's still fun for me right now because it feels real just like the fear you feel on a rolloercoaster is fake since the odds of you dying are slim. The fear still feals real though.

Dancers at strip clubs are on the fringes of society and generally have psychological issues.
Strip clubs are known for their organized crime connections. Getting into a relationship with a dancer is asking for trouble.
They dance for a certain amount of income and to keep up their lifestyle.
Why waste your time with someone who is not wholesome and considered a regular part of society and that you can feel a pride in introducing to your family? Cut your losses now and move on.
Or they could just be college age women (or men!) getting money for school.
But, nah, they must be psychologically damaged.

Well said. Bad lifestyle choices will always come back to haunt a person as well.
If she does date you, so what? The most you could hope for after the date is the two of you rutting on her piss-stained mattress in the corner while her six kids run around her efficiency apartment screaming and throwing toys at you.
I say it's worth the risk. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. The odds of success are probably low as you say yourself, but you have nothing to lose.

I am still wary of all of this but I am so excited right now I could burst. The chance to actually go on a date is os new to me. Even if it ends badly I will have valuable experience! I would go masturbate right now I am so happy but I am worried it wouldn't work because of med's and also because I need to go to this place that will help me get a second job. I dated a stripper once. It's not as fun as it sounds. It's like dating anyone else really. I wasn't a customer though. A mutual friend set us up on a blind date. It didn't really go anywhere. Shes still a friend of mine, we just weren't compatible romantic relationship-wise.

Oh please. Sure there are some like that. But the vast majority of them are involved with drugs, prostitution and even worse. They also tend to be crazy. You're living in a dream world if you think that isn't common among them.
I'm amazed that people here are seriously encouraging someone who openly talks about having severe mental problems to try and hook up with a stripper.

Regardless of how it goes, and I do hope it goes very well, I am very impressed that you had the guts to ask her out. Way to go!! Be proud of yourself and keep this momentum going in other areas of your life as well. If you can do this, you can do a lot more.
