Looking on TVDB there should be a To Serve All My Days: Behind the Scenes & To Serve All My Days: More Behind the Scenes Footage. Is this true because I have been unable to find anything for these. And if true, where can I view them please

Hmm... that's strange. I also can't find videos with those titles.

Yes its very strange. I know TVDB is added info by anyone with an account but they must have gotten these titles from somewhere. But nevermind I shall just have to live without them.
