Oh good, I'm not the only one who thought that. However, she is not Judi Durand. The similarity is uncanny though.
Durand also voiced the Spacedock in ST3 and the singer in Unification II.
Agreed that it didn't make sense for the Enterprise crew to be so trusting of and friendly to the Romulans, it wasn't in-line with the treachery of "Unification" and the continued suspicion in later episodes.
I also felt Ro was written a little too one-note despair/antagonism; the action was OK but a little too forced and inconsequential.

I believe it's Majel Barrett that did all the female computer voices in the ST series.
For (almost) all of Starfleet yes, but for DS9, the Cardassian station computer was voiced by Judi Durand.
I see. I'll have to pay closer attention to that voice next time I watch an episode.
