Yup. The "Before" Thread. Let's see where we think they are versus where it'll turn out they'll actually be. Doesn't have to be all the TNG characters, but it can be.

Wesley --> Still in Starfleet again
Worf --> Not a Captain (sorry Michael Dorn!)
Riker --> Married to Troi
Troi --> Married to Riker
Geordi --> Single
Data --> He's now a hologram

Ro --> Pardoned a long time ago and living a secluded life.
Guinan --> Hosting a late-24th Century talk show.
Sela --> Still in what's left of the Romulan Empire. She failed upwards.
Q --> Caught up in family obligations, so he doesn't have time to bother Jean-Luc.

Geordi --> Chief Engineer of the latest flagship. And yes ladies and gents and smizmars, he's still single. Maybe he's come out as bisexual after finally realizing what every woman he tried to date subconsciously picked up on and they can do an arc... I'll apply for showrunner, or at least send them a copy of my love life as a partial template; it's loaded with anything but cliche drama... though he's probably just another nerd. Nerdism isn't confined to or monopolized by any orientation.
Q --> Opened up a popular fast food joint

Troi => telling people they should get a transport ship, there's a lot less pressure there
Worf => governor of Hatoria
Guinan => pours Picard's wine at her new bar
Wes => took over the Titan after Riker retired
Pulaski => head of Starfleet Medical after Beverly got the Pasteur
Sela => plotting and failing
O'Brien => still an academy instructor (Keiko as well)

Riker and Troi - married and living together, but still in an open relationship. Riker gets cucked and loves it.

Guinan - Going on adventures in time and space with Mark Twain and the Moriarty hologram.

Barclay - into weird kinky holodeck stuff again.

Seven of Nine - jealous that Tuvok and Doc Zimmerman got to be Renegades in some fan film, bought a leather jacket and is going through her own renegade phase.
