TNG Caption This #122: "The sky is the limit"

I've had a lot of fun doing these contests, but I think that the time has come to hand the reins over to someone else. This is my 100th TNG caption thread, and I don't have quite the same energy for it these days - you have probably noticed that the production of new threads has slowed to about one a month recently.

Hopefully someone else will volunteer to continue this series of threads, which I believe started way back in 2003. It isn't too difficult to do, as you can always use TrekCore if you don't want to screencap the pictures yourselves.

I want to thank all over you who have posted your entries during my run in charge. I would probably pick this one as my all time personal favourite ...

There have been many fine entries however. Which brings us on to this week's winning caption ...

By the way, I would be happy to take over the contest once you step down, Gold Grizzly. I'm certainly on here enough to run one every 2 to 3 weeks, which at the posting rate seems to be regularly enough. PM me if you consider me a worthy successor!

Before even thinking of any caption for this week I would also like to thank you Gold Grizzly for hosting these contests all these years. In fact it was your contests that eventually forced me sign up. It was the only way I could contribute my own.

This thread is very bittersweet because this is the end of an era. And at the same time I can honestly say that you all are the best Captioners in all of Trekbbs.

Please don't be a stranger GG. And thank you.
