Stretching things, but he is mentioned in the Defiant's database in Enterprise's Mirror Universe episode. Although the part that mentioned him wasn't actually seen on screen. How 'bout that Captain April....
It's gonna be April's time. I can feel it!Maybe DSC will take the opportunity to out-and-out canonize the guy already...he's certainly waited long enough.
I wouldn't have pegged you for a TAS denier...Maybe DSC will take the opportunity to out-and-out canonize the guy already...he's certainly waited long enough.

I actually developed a series proposal built around April*. Then Enterprise was announced.
*Not that it would have gotten anywhere beyond my hardrive. There are bits of it in posts scattered among the TrekBBS, if they haven't been lost in various upgrades.
Phase inducers fail, laddie.Do you think that every post is stored indefinitely?
Maybe he'll be one of the two Admirals the show is going to have in its main cast.Maybe DSC will take the opportunity to out-and-out canonize the guy already...he's certainly waited long enough.
No, this isn't true at all. Certainly the fourth season did not operate under this belief.
The intent that year was to create various connections specifically to the other series, especially TOS. That was a prequel in the truest sense. For sake of argument, why does the similarities or continuity connections mean that it can't be a parallel timeline? Especially when some people say every episode is a slightly different universe?

Sorry, I can't explain that. The Joker would kill me. Never mind.Say what?
That's offensive.Sorry, I can't explain that. The Joker would kill me. Never mind.![]()
That's offensive.
Translation: It was a joke. Not worth explaining. Never mind. Back to thread.
I know they're not. Hence the reference to "lost".Do you think that every post is stored indefinitely?
When they revive that thread from 2001, let me know. I got things to add,I dunno...newbs are always reviving 8-year-old threads around here....
