TMP Like New For Me

I believe that is just the other side of the one in #72.
Ah! OK, thanks. The side where it's just Kirk & Spock, though, didn't anybody think they were unusually close, I mean ... with Spock wearing so much mascara and they're practically cheek to cheek?

Andrew Probert worked on designing various vessels and aspects of the Enterprise for STAR TREK: The Motion Picture. He's done some other work for shows like the original TRON and Battlestar Galactica and these sorts of things. His site is shockingly primitive, but there are some really cool pictures of models and his design sketches of the time, particularly as they pertain to TMP. Here are a couple of examples for you:

One of these years I am going to invest is serious home theatre system. Hopefully by then Paramount will have either come to its senses and/or a critical threshold for enough of an ROI is there that a blue-ray version of the DE, with all the bonus materials of the SLV is avail (ideally with the theatrical cut as well) will be available by then.
