Titty Heaven-FCC fine dropped

They dropped the fine for that "Wardrobe Malfunction" Janet Jackson tit shot during the superbowl halftime show(that everybody in America was watching). If they can do that then we should have titties during Stargate Atlantis and other shows we enjoy. I think now is the time for the Great Titty Revolution. They need to spice tv up a little.
