According to Memory Alpha, there is not. On the bright side, this gives people the freedom to fill in those blanks themselves with their own ideas.
Perhaps Christine Vale from the novels upgraded from dying her hair to dying her skin.
Thanks. I was hoping there was some legit name… I want to use a member of the species in a fic, so knowing my luck, as soon as I make up a name, some official YouTube short or something will be released, giving a canon name, lol.
What I think is interesting is that the Titan’s XO would fit right in with the various background aliens the makeup team of Starfleet Academy has created for that show’s first season. They also often feature colorful skin, skin markings and hair. And what’s cool is that most of them come with species names associated with them (presumably named by the makeup artists themselves). I dunno, the First Officer of the Titan could perhaps be a Palay’al, since they too have greenish skin, reddish / purplish hair and skin markings.

Ah, sorry, been probably not very clear about that. Those are the species names the makeup team has given these alien designs. Makeup artist Shauna Llewellyn (and a number of her colleagues) have been posting process videos over on Instagram for a while now.
Depending on context and setting, how do you tell whether an alien species is wearing makeup in universe?
Say there are two green skinned aliens that look identical, species wise, except one has dark circles under their eyes in seven different appearances. How do you know whether they're different species, or the same and one's wearing makeup/ornamentation?

I don’t think there’s a way to really tell. And I think in the past there have been several Trek species where it wasn’t entirely clear whether their elaborate skin colors and markings were meant to be actual skin pigmentation or just some cultural painting, like maybe the Dosi (although face paint probably makes more sense).
I even double checked over on Memory Beta to see if the species had showed up in the comics or books but nothing there either. Honestly, I think you're safe just coming up with something on your own. If in the unlikely event that her species gets a canonical name down the line, well that's what the edit function is for.

In my headcanon the Saurian XO is Y'Shi who's Confederation reality self was part of Evil Picard's trophy room.
