Titan: Fortune of War by David Mack coming in 2018

I fear for the safety of the crew.

Last time I checked in on a Titan thread it was revealed that one of the characters was killed off...... That was disturbing. I want to read the Titan novels nonetheless. I'm just waiting for the German editions. And Titan is on German publisher Cross Cults list. So I guess a German edition of the latest Titan novel by David Mack is going to be on their list, too. But that's for the future.

I believe there are German audiobooks for Titan (and Destiny, and the Vanguard series)

Oh cool you're still alive.

Yes, there are audio books for the complete Vanguard and Destiny series and Titan #1-7, as these are the only ones that were translated so far. Also I doubt that Absent Enemies gets an audio adaptation.

Should be good. I find Titan novels to be a mixed bag at times but Mack made the characters interesting in Destiny.

I'm reeally exicted to hear about this, Mack is one of my favorite Trek writers, and I've been really hoping he would write a Titan novel. He did a great job with the characters in Destiny, so I'm confident this is will be good.

This is the best news that Titan could've gotten. Can't wait to have Mr. Mack tackle Titan's characters again :)

Looking forward to this!

And Titan is on German publisher Cross Cults list.

Cool... can't wait to see Cross Cult's take on some of the Titan characters on their covers!

Derp. When I read the article on the Trek Collective, it said "David Mack will be returning to the bridge of the USS Titan", and I'm thinking, wait, I don't think David Mack has written a Titan novel yet. But yeah, of course, Destiny. Duh.

Just a quick correction re: the book's title. It's Star Trek Titan: Fortune of War. I had to use the singular because Fortunes of War has previously been used as an umbrella title for a pair of Star Trek novels (Dreadnought! and Battlestations! by Diane Carey).

Interesting news. What happens to Seekers 5 though? Is it now on the very long finger.

Honestly? Gimme more Titan any day. Seekers has been hit and miss. The hits have been Mack, the misses.... Yeah....

I'm very curious to see what mr. Mack can bring to the table where Titan is concerned. Very curious indeed.

I knew the name had a familiar ring to it!

No more Seekers books are planned at this time. That might change, but for the moment, Dayton, Kevin, and I are all busy on other projects.

@trampledamage Could you please correct the thread title?
