Timeless

I think Relativity's sensors must have been down for that episode

But when they fixed them they somehow repaired the 'time-damage'. ;)
At least Braxton tells Janeway that he had to fix something in the Takara sector.

Braxton mentioned a temporal inversion in the Takara sector (the very same one where Voyager crashed in 'Timeless').

I think it's possible the inversion he mentioned was in fact the alternate time-line that happened as a result of Voyager's crash.
Or it was the time-line that happened as a result of Voyager coming out of Slipstream before the crew lost control of the ship.

If it's the latter, then Braxton probably had to fix some ensuing events that shaped the future.
But if it's the former, then it's possible that Braxton had to delete the message received by present Kim from future Kim ... and adjust the crew's memory AFTER the events of Timeless took place.

I wonder what Captain Braxton had to do to 'clean up the mess' after this episode.

(seriously, he did. He mentions it in "Relativity" as 'the temporal inversion in the Takara sector'.)

I'm writing a story where he time travels to the USS Challenger and orders Captain LaForge to destroy the Delta Flyer, setting events in motion, resulting in his temporal psychosis. Trying to work Reg in there too...Maybe as Geordi's first officer...
