If that happens Trek would be around 230-235 Mil at the end of next weekend. It would have to have some really long legs to make it to 250 at that point.

You are probably right, but there's always that chance, if enough people go to the venues remaining.

That seems about right:
This weekend: $7-7.5 million
June 8-11: $3 million
Next weekend: $4-4.5 million
June 15-18: $1.8 million
So, I'd guesstimate closer to $230 by June 15th, and $235 million by June 22nd. Then, probably $5-7 million more through to the end of its run, which would give it somewhere around $242 million or so.
Any other year, I might care about other films being released. But this is the year of Trek, as far as I'm concerned. Let T4, A&D, NATM2, and the rest be damned! Go Trek!

Agreed. The next film has to really be a GOOD and ENTERTAINING movie. As long as it has that, and some good marketing, it should surpass STXI. JJ just has to really focus on making a good movie, and STXI has shown that he can, so I trust him on STXII.
