Thoughts on "The 4400"

I like The 4400 a lot and have the dvds. Some eps are a little stupid or out of place, but overall, I think it's a great show. I can't imagine it would have survived as long as it did or had the allowance to do some of its material had it been on fall network primetime, but the arcs over each season were done pretty well, and I agree that even though it was not intended to end as it did, the finale is fitting.

I haven't watched it in awhile, and I've been hanking for it again actually.

The thing about them revealing too much at the end of the miniseries - that was something I thought was refreshing. Most shows WOULD drag out their central mystery for years. I enjoyed that for once, solving the "mystery" didn't end the show. Now that they knew, they could move on to dealing with the impact of the consequences.

Thanks for the input on the books. I might just check 'em out.
