Those Flying Omelettes

I always thought they looked more like those globs of fake vomit one can purchase in novelty and magic shops.

 

Of course the true trick was those things is to produce rel vomit which looks convincingly like the fake stuff. That's when hilarity really ensues.

 

I'd buy one of those fuckers and walk around with it glued to my back all day.

 

Why aren't they merchandising giant gummy parasites??

 

How do we know it's the real deal? Does it come with a certificate of authenticity? How do you trace the provenance of flying fake vomit?

Our family had a similar nickname for them in our house: "the killer pancakes Star Trek is on!!"

My family laughed at them when they saw them on Netflix where as I still feel they were an effective monster for the show! Ugly and very dangerous to say the least!

Me too. I liked the way they got them to pulsate and those weird sound effects too.

 

George (obviously the first affected) was made to open it by the parasites.

Speaking from experience, bats can get into a house through very narrow cracks in the masonry or whatever.

 

Yep! This. Flying fake street pizzas.

 

The Horta looked like a large shuffling pizza! Where as the parasites looked more like solid lumps from a smoker's cough! Sorry for that one!
