Thor: Ragnarok

Sif even appeared on AoS, am surprised they would just dump her character. The Warriors were some of the best parts of the first two movie so that's odd too. Not even a cameo? or a good honorable death?

Didn't the Warriors Three have, like, eight minutes of screentime total between the two movies? I honestly can't remember a single thing they did other than get dunked on by the Destroyer. They were window dressing.

I wasn't expecting that kind of trailer but after seeing it a few times, it was hilarious. I do hope we get a somewhat serious one down the line but this is perfect to show with Guardians of the Galaxy.

Jaimie Alexander is a little busy with her show, Blindspot. For all we know Sif isn't there because of scheduling reasons due to said TV show. And the Warriors Three might get their butts whupped by Hela on Asgard, or something.

^ Sif and the Warriors Three aren't listed among the official cast members for the movie, so if they're in it at all, it's likely in an uncredited capacity.

Come to think of it, in Avengers: Infinity War concept art, Thor seems to wield some sort of axe. Does Strange have anything to do with it? I mean, if they want to give him something else to do in this one...

Yeah, I could see them basically having cameos that they either want to leave as a surprise, or that they decided were so small it wouldn't be worth getting people hyped.

They aren't big enough actors to do uncredited roles. SAG would lose its shit.

Interesting trailer. Though it may not happen, I hope Thor gets the hammer back somehow.

Hela looked fantastic--almost right out of the Silver Age comics version of the character. Looking forward to how her actions in Asgard send Thor back to earth (one shot appeared to be a earthly building's wall).

I hear Sif woke up on Earth covered with tattoos . . . . :)

Gonna miss Darcy, though. Jane not so much.

Agreed.

Much like Natalie Portman in the troubled Star Wars prequels, she certainly did not help the Thor movies with her unfit portrayal of Jane.

...and bonus--no one ever has to see of hear that whining Kat Dennings again.

Though it may not happen, I hope Thor gets the hammer back somehow.

The shattered pieces of Mjolnir are shown, Hela may consider it not worth bothering to dispose of them, thinking it unmade.

The Time Stone might have the power to reverse the process, if he can take it all to Strange at some point.

Or maybe that's a plot point for the Infinity Wars movies, using all of the Stones to restore it.

I liked Darcy, too, she was easily the most entertaining of Thor's Earthling friends. But I'm glad to see Thor having an adventure that doesn't seem to involve Earth in any significant capacity.
