It's possible that Odin specifically wanted Hela to appear in front of Thor and Loki so that they'd immediately have an unmistakable sense of how dangerous she was and would also know where she was. Of everyone on Asgard, Odin's children had the best chance of defeating her. They themselves may have had no real chance (except via loophole), but no other Asgardian appeared to have any chance at all.
Which is better: knowing where your enemy is, or knowing your enemy is out there but not knowing where they are or what they might be doing?
Whether or not he expected either of them to summon the bifrost and give Hela a direct route to Asgard is left as an exercise for the reader. We don't know what Thor might have intended to do before Loki preempted him.
It may even be that Odin fully expected Hela would destroy Mjolnir and in a weird way this was a "rite of passage" for Thor.

Well if she shows up on the place were Odin dies,and if Odin dies near the sun or black hole, Hela would die immidiately.
We have no reason to assume that's true.
When Thor survived the power of a sun in "Avengers: Infinitiy War", there's no reason for me to think, Hela couldn't do this easily,,,
