The only novel I recall featuring him at all is Double Helix #4: Quarantine, set prior to "Caretaker"
I know it is another trek reality, but in STO, he spent the rest of the war in a Cardassian prison camp that was abandoned after the war. He and the other prisoner made a frontier life for themselves on the planet where he married and had a son. He later died trying to save his wife. You meet his son in the game who asks you to pass on this information to W Riker.

he was in the milleniumumum trilogy of DS9 books. he was freed and fought for the true Starfleet, IIRC. Imzadi 2 iirc had him escape.

there was a federation Starfleet and a false Bajoran Starfleet in the alt-future, IIRC.
Read the books. Very good and well worth the time.
It seems the books have been all over the place with Thomas. There was a comic or two with him too. I'd love for him to pop up post Nemesis so we could get the 'official' story.
Well the Excalibur was in Imzadi II so it's connected in tha way.
Tom Riker escaped from prison in Imzadi II. He was apparently recaptured sometime within a year of his escape, as per Slings and Arrows (a choice I did not like, as it seemed to serve no purpose other than to explain Will Riker not having interacted with him. An alternate future Tom appeared in the Millennium trilogy.
One of the stories from the Slings and Arrows EBooks (still waiting for the print version!) mentioned the events of Imzadi II and the fact that Riker was back in Cardassian custody. I would think this would be the same "continuity" that a future story featuring Tom Riker would be based on.
I thought the Millennium trilogy stank, which surprised me as I normally like the Reeves-Stevens stuff.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure one of the books deals with Zife. I haven't read them yet, but I think I read somewhere that the last book somehow involves the early part of Zife's presidency. For me that definitely puts them in the Novelverse continuity, and I guess that would make Imzadi II part of it too then.
