Spoilers "This season on..." s3 preview

This is on the Prime stream but without sound for some reason. I also noticed colors the prime broadcast of 3.1 seems "off" like faded or washed out. I didn't notice it when I first watched the episode, but it was especially noticeable from the beginning with that Trek intro bumper. I went to the P+ app to compare and it looked fine there. Anyone else notice this or maybe it's just an issue with my Prime right now?

We know Lore and Morarity have a severe grudge against Picard but what cause Amanda Plummer's character to just go after him hard.

This season screams The Undiscovered Country meets The Wrath of Khan.
Maybe its the sister or mother of that girl that Picard and Riker left to die on that colony in "Hide and Q".

Maybe it's Masaka, angry that Korgano/Picard lied about going on one last hunt.

Same here, I even researched the Custom calibration settings for my Panasonic Plasma and reset them to recommended specs by experts. All other programs and movies exhibit rich colors but geez, episode 3:1 still looks "washed out" or just dim.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that when I originally watched the episode, but seemed to be like that after the preview was later added to the end. Did it look the same on the P+ app to you or just on Amazon? I checked again yesterday (just the Star Trek intro) and it looked a bit better-brighter again. Not sure what was going on, but it was with the Star Trek bumper intro where I first noticed it.
