Good Shepherd, easily. Rewatched it some time ago. Nice little episode. Not perfect by any means, but I loved the characters they introduced. Unfortunately we didn't really see them again.

NCC1701: That's what fanfiction's for at least. Shamless self plug: My fanfic does involve two of the three lower decks characters featured in that episode extensively.

To prevent thread hijacking I'll say Riddles would be my favorite. That's a rare side of Tuvok that we see.
