Maybe fourth or fifth, I can't tell at this point. My last therapist was okay, I liked her but I switched insurances and now need to find a new therapist.
I find therapists are like medication. Some work, some don't. And it's difficult for me to find a therapist I like and can work with simply because of my paranoia (group therapy does not work. We tried. It failed absolutely miserably and funny at that). And one on one sessions are tough and a bit tricky because my cognitive functions early in the morning don't function as well as they do at night, so it's tough to get a good bearing on my mind set in the morning as it is at night when I am actually thinking and reacting to my environment.
Which also makes it difficult to diagnosis me, which is why I am going to try and go into this session with a blank slate and have a re-evaluation to see where I stand.
Hopefully this time I don't wind up in a mental institution (again) and they let me be
I can't afford to go back to a hospital.
