Think it's time we end the will-they-won't-they dance for good ?

To put your plan into effect, we would

1) have to have Nielsens boxes and

2) have to stop watching shows like Chuck which are worthwhile despite the dance

I don't qualify for 1) which saves me from even having to consider 2).

As for Lost, for reasons I won't spoil ya on, I don't think we have much to fear from the Love Quadrangle from Hell.

I'm just sick of years of drawn-out, endless romantic tension between two main characters like Bones and Booth. At least Farscape played with it in an interesting way with Crichton and Aeryn having sex in the seventh episode of Season 1 or Crichton and Aeryn getting together but at the same time being apart in Season 3 because of the clone situation.

Well you could follow my example: I've never seen a single episode of Bones so the stupid romance doesn't bother me in the least. ;) (Police procedurals/forensics stuff isn't my thing. With the notable exception of Dexter.)

It only bothers me when the writers end the dance and put them together. Most of the time they don't have a clue how to handle the relationship.

^Same here.

For me, the will-they-won't-they dance is quite often one of my favourite parts of a show. I like UST.

Makes me think of Frasier. I liked the show a whole lot better before Niles and Daphne got together.

Same thing happened with Moonlighting.

I would hate to see Booth and Bones get together in any other way than they are now. If Booth were to express his feeling for Bones, as Cam pointed out, he couldn't back out. That would only add to her emotional scars. So they both need to wait. I would like it happen in the last season. A planed last season.

I find the concept annoying. It's lame and cheap and just shows that the writer doesn't know what else to write about.
