Things that frustrate us all

People who almost run you off the road because they aren't paying the slightest bit of attention, then flip you off because you laid on the horn. Dude, I wasn't honking at you to be a dick. I was honking at you because I didn't want to be run into a telephone pole, and you clearly did NOT see me even though I wasn't in your blind spot.

I had a huge row with a colleage from administration today because there was a major error in my working time protocol. I keep an excel sheet parallel to the official programme and so I spotted the difference. The colleague kept telling me I was wrong and the programme couldn't possibly make a mistake. She came into my office 3 times to tell me over and over again I was wrong. Then she discovered there was a faulty booking and my figures were correct after all. But she still insists that nevertheless my excel-sheet is wrong. *argh!* :brickwall:

Wait, it’s even sinful to be naked...alone?!

The traffic thing that bugs me. When you’re out on a bike, you’re as far over right as you can be. The car behind you is hanging behind you. There’s plenty of room to pass, good visibility and no oncoming traffic. They could very, very easily pass me safely. They don’t pass. I slow down a little and try to get within inches of the edge of the road. They still don’t pass.

A minute later, finally they do, and curse me out as they pass.

Dude, I have every right to be on this road on a bike, I went out of my way to make it easy to pass me, and YOU chose not to. Asshole.

People who don't respect your personal bubble. I hate when I'm at the store, or at Subway trying to order food and someone (who usually smells foul) stands within mere millimeters of me, breathing loudly and heavily. Back the hell up! Jeez!

One of my mates does that a lot:(

Today has just been a bad day with a programme not working right (It wase broken a few weeks ago while I was away, but it's only come to light now. If I had a clue on how it even got broken, I'd be happier, but theoretically, there's no way to do what they did):(

When your day starts great and shoots to shit. If I had another job lined up right now, I'd have given my notice today. Guess it's time to polish the resume and get it out there.

When I go so completely off the rails that I start talking to my new iPhone, and I quote: "Don't DO that to me again!"

(when its screen went dark for .0005 seconds more than I thought it was supposed to)

^ and their particularly nasty subspecies: the prodder. I used to have a colleague who would prod people all the time. I bruise very easily and when I had a chat with her my arms were blue and green for a week.
It's no good to take a step back from a prodder because they'll follow you until they literally have cornered you.

Another annoying variation is the person who stands in the queue behind you and keeps pushing their shopping cart against your heels.

My microwave died. That's bad enough but it's an over the range microwave so I have to drill into the wall for the bracket that holds up the new oven. I've had to do this twice before and the brackets never seem to lign up to the holes that are already there.

No sooner did I replace my washer (clothes) and will be paying monthly on the new one for the next few years, my dishwasher dies. Sure, I can go back to washing dishes by hand for a while, but it's difficult to do in my wheelchair. I have to sit down to do the actual wash while holding the plates over the sink so I don't get water and soap all over the floor, but have to stand back up to rinse. Yes, I have help, but my help is not always here (two days a week) and I hate to have my sink full of dirty dishes.
