Things that frustrate us all

From the overhead silhouette seen from a distance, I'm pretty sure that what I have seen on numerous occasions is a Cessna Skymaster and if that is the case these are some of the loudest conventional plane engines I have ever heard. Maybe something to do with the push-pull configuration? :

They are known for being loud, and on the inside as well. I think the choppy air from the front prop makes the sound waves from the rear propagate in a bad way, or something.

I figured they wouldn't be too comfortable inside, sound-wise. Seems like sound from both engines would meet in the middle....the passenger cabin....and just bounce off one another in there.

I think they use ANR (Active Noise Reduction) in these jets. It's quite efficient.

If only there was an AMR system (active moron reduction) !
A bunch of Russian idiots attempted a DOS attack on my server. They didn't manage to bring it down and instead spammed my oldest board with some 22,000 spam accounts!
Well, one database command line and these accounts will be gone  But it took almost 30 mins to delete all these registration mails from my mailserver in bunches of 100.

When you're driving down a very narrow two way road and another car is coming in the other direction...you hug the side but they keep coming down the middle and come within millimeters of taking off your side mirror (especially when you just got your car back from being fixed after someone else hit it)

How do you know they're Russian?

The three hour go-to-sleep! rigmarole. That’s mighty frustrating, every night. Doesn’t help that it’s still light at eleven.

How do you know they're Russian?
By their IPs and trace routes. And by the language in which they posted: partly Russian with perfect spelling and grammar, partially English with typically Russian mistakes. You know that prob from when you learned a second language at school: if you use a foreign language, you occasionally fall prey to "false friends" and use your native language's grammar, confuse homophones etc.

My "argh of the day" is not so much annoying but disappointing: today is my 25th office anniversary and nobody has remembered it yet :( Usually, there's a celebration with the bosses (all on business trips today) and a certificate.
Ah well, as long as the staff manager doesn't forget that this jubilee also means that I get 1 additional day off on top of my normal vacation... :D (And if necessary, I have my contract with the date on it to prove my claim.)
And nobody can hinder me from going home early today and having a little private celebration =).

Everybody who is in paid employment deserves rights regardless if you like them or not.
I never said anything to the contrary.

I have never had any issues with estate agents.

You should consider yourself lucky. To be fair though, I only have problems with estate agents when I am reliant on their services,
