My heartfelt commiserations! It's propably little comfort but you're not alone in this. I shared your dreadful ordeal 2 weeks ago when coincidentially trying to contact my bank's hotline the day after they had changed their TOS.

Unfortunately, this seems to be all too common with mental health professionals' phone systems.

This way they ensure they never run out of customers...

Today I'm too hot to be frustrated. My office faces south, the wall heats up during the morning and from 10 am on I've been simmering gently. I think I'll sneak in the chemists' lab and pinch a few ice packs..

What freaking timing. Even if it is and I'm able to get past it, it completely fucks up some other plans I have, possibly permanently.
