Things that frustrate us all

I waited all day for a UPS package. They gave me one time frame for delivery, then changed it to a later time. Well now it's really late at night, well past the hours of delivery, and tracking says it's still in transit and will be delivered by the end of today. Pretty annoyed by this.

I got an email late last night that my Friday UPS delivery was being delayed until Monday. It showed up today. Delivery guy didn't even knock or ring when dropping it off.

I hate, hate, hate when they do that!

Vegan blue cheese. Had a tiny taste of it yesterday and I still taste it. I’m not a fan of moldy cheese, but to produce something that tastes like an old boot full of sick, and then package it in such a way that encourages me to taste it is pure evil.

There was a cranberry one too, also foul. Mature cheddar was vaguely passable but, it’s waxy like a processed cheese.

My laptop just froze... third time it's done this. I think the other two have to do with Windows update... but this one seems to be Avast related. So angry I could scream. :brickwall: :scream:

Ran into two BSOD's this year too, one in February and one just recently.

I've more than had it with this crap.

One week here on TBBS I'll just need to hover over the notifications button. Then next week I'll need to physically press it. The week after I'll go to press it and it takes me to the notices page instead of just the drop-down menu. I guess it's time to hover again.

When the champagne cork rolls under a piece of furniture that weighs a ton and you can't get to that cork without moving it!!!

There's something that I want to recover from my basement. At first, I thought it was in my garage but it wasn't there. Then I went to my basement to find it and remembered where it was. Unfortunately, it's in a large bin under a stack of stuff that's laying across a couple of large bins and I'm in no condition to be moving heavy stuff in confined spaces right now.

Having one hour left of an audiobook when it’s time to go to sleep. Having to wait until tomorrow evening before getting to know how the book ends.

When the wrong item was sent.

Right number of LEDs, wrong color, no barn doors or diffuser, and no APP control as stated.

Now I need to wait for my refund to process to my account to get the RIGHT one. :klingon:

Pairing devices are sometimes harder than it should have to be.
Word. It pairs ok at first, but when I go in to try to trade Pokemon... it sometimes doesn't recognize that the Switch is right next to it. Let alone when the trade gets to 100 percent and then errors out.

I'll have to resort to catching trade fodder/junk to get it to work right. Not bothering to trade anything good to it. Not worth the time.

Thought today was a good day for a walk home after work. I had walked for 40 minutes before remembering that I forgot to turn on the alarm at work. I had to catch the bus back to work and then take another bus back home.

I lost my mp3 player. :wah:

I guess I am at the age where I start misplacing things, but I've always found them in due course. But my little old Sanza mp3 player has been gone for about a week. It is making me inordinately depressed; it was kinda dying anyway, but now I have no way to listen to my music, except from my center-speaker computer--the sound sucks. I loved walking around the house with my headphones on--it was a great stress-buster for me. If I buy a new one, my cheap-ass hubby will have a fit.

I have found a similarly cheap music player on Amazon....just wondering if I should get it or wait a bit longer.

*sigh*

I can relate. I misplace stuff all the time and it usually turns up on my desk or entertainment center.

As for buying your "cheap music player" on Amazon, the way my luck runs, I'd order your replacement and while you're waiting for it to arrive, your missing one will turn up.

That has happened to me at least twice, but it practically garauntees you'll find your missing player.

^ probably so. I am going to give it a few more days and then buy the cheapo replacement, regardless of what hubby says. Hubby just spent $ 70 bucks on a board game; I think I can spend $25 bucks on an mp3 player.

I hate to watch part of a movie and see the rest later so when I am missing ten minutes in my "between things" time to see a movie... I find that really frustrating!
