they landed the ship in basics part 1... but i think it was the same clip just made to look like night
I think Voyager does a couple more landings if I'm not mistaken! Not positive on that though.
You're right, they also landed on the Demon planet and again in (?) Nightingale so B'Elanna could do repairs while Kim and Seven ran off to play Captain and first mate for an alien crew.

It does make sense to make it possible for the ship to land for emergencies but it doesn't make sense to do it in non-emergency situations.
And if they were going to have the ship land they should have had some kind of seldom-seen landing gear make an appearance to make up for the fact that the ship ought to be tipping over when on the ground.
