These Are The Voyages Volumes 4 and 5...

The One Where Spock Loses His Mind
You'll have to be more specific. Is it the one with the virus, the one with the spores, the one with the wedding or the one with the cave babe?

Or are you referring to the one where they steal Spock's brain?

The One With The Other Captain of the Starship Enterprise
The One With the Silver Eyes
The One That's Two Parts

Only a handful really get reduced in my mind to a premise in search of a plot.

Unlike, say WNMHGB -- that's a plot where they happened to use silver eyes.

To me, "Patterns," "Piece," "Omega," "Bread/Circuses," "Eden" "Let's do one with [gangsters]. Okay -- now how do concoct a story?" All of the above serve the trick of being decent 48 minute diversions. They even have morals and themes. But so obviously "The FLAG one." Or whatever. Peace to you and yours.

The One With Spock's Beard
The One With The Space Nazis
The One With The Horta
The One With Spock's Brain
The One With The Penis Rock
The One Where Kirk and Spock Wear Leg Warmers and Blow Up a Munitions Dump of Corrugated Cardboard

The One Where Kirk Falls In Love with...

A Crazy Actress
Alexis Carrington
A Shrew
A Native American
An Android

Friends' episode titles didn't always stick to the plot. More often than not, they were a minor gag. Examples:

"The One with Five Steaks and an Eggplant"
"The One with the Princess Leia Fantasy"
"The One with Ross's Thing"
"The One with the Worst Best Man Ever"
"The One with the Kips"
"The One with Ross's Teeth"
"The One with Monica's Thunder"

But then again, Friends, as fun as it was, didn't always have a lot of plot.

Third Rock from the Sun had some of the more naughty titles, often a joke incorporating the name of John Lithgow's character, Dick. Examples:

"Post-Nasal Dick"
"Dick, Smoker"
"The Art of Dick"
"Assault With a Deadly Dick"
"Selfish Dick"

And that's only a few from the first season.

Off-topic? I got your off-topic:

Dragnet named most of its scripts "The Big ___." So,

The Big Greek God
The Big Adolescent
The Big Brain

And so on.

To my knowledge (and I could be wrong) only one other book touched on the fandomof the early '70s and that was David Gerrold's The World Of Star Trek written back in that era.

"Star Trek Lives!" - Lichtenberg, Marshak, Winston

"The Making of the Trek Conventions" - Winston

"On the Good Ship Enterprise" - Trimble

And Man From UNCLE always used "Affair" in titles.

The Apollo Affair
The Xenite Affair
The Giant Amoeba Affair
The Spock's Brain Affair
The White Rabbit Affair
The Zetarian Affair
The Lazarus Affair

One thing that I wish "Star Trek" had actually used was having "voyage" in the title. The script cover for the first pilot had: "Voyage One: 'The Menagerie'". See:

The Menagerie Voyage
The Obsession Voyage
The Annihilation Voyage
The Omega Voyage
The Bottom of the Sea Voyage :vulcan:
