I am so looking forward to this book. I have 2 main reading projects non star trek & star wars is to read the vampire chronicles by anne rice along with her witches trilogy and the other is to read the in it's entirety the dark tower universe. so this is going to be a good birthday present to me.

I was wondering how many are going to be picking the new book up this week and if the plan to reread the series as well and see how it fits into it.

I'll grab it next year in paperback so it slots in with the rest of the series on my shelf, but I am looking forward to it.

I just found the the first three books at Goodwill the other day, but I've got the Star Trek Destiny trilogy that I'm currently working on, then I was hoping to get in A Feast For Crows and A Dance of Dragons when the PB comes out in June.

It's definitely on my list, and I'm going to be reading this new one in between books 4 and 5, just to see how that goes.

I have it on pre-order. Most of my other Dark Tower books are paperback, but I like to get hardbacks when possible. They are easier for me to read. No telling when I'll get around to reading it, but it will be on my shelf. :D

though i love the Dark Tower series i may wait for the paperback or see if my library gets it. i still haven't read 11-22-63 yet.

If the paperback is going to take that long, I might put it off a little longer. Plenty to read in the meantime.

Boo-yah! Just picked it up from Books-A-Million. Probably gonna start it as soon as I finish Chuck Palahniuk's Damned

I am here to learn. Thanks for sharing.

I got it on my Kindle (iPad app) but haven't read it, nor any other DT novel, yet.

One of these days I will go all the way through the entire Dark Tower series. I wonder if I should read this one in its intended place (between volumes 4 and 5) or at the end, i.e. in release order...

I must say, I'm a bit shocked about the length (that's what she said). Most of King's books, especially Wolves of the Calla and Dark Tower VII are tomes, but this book only has 306 pages
