I've received by War Games colorized set and can confirm that it has both the colorized version and the full B&W version. It's a 4 disc set with 1 blu-ray disc and 3 DVDs.

Disc 1: Blu-ray with the 90 minute colorized version.
Disc 2: DVD with the original B&W episodes 1 - 5.
Disc 3: DVD with episodes 6 - 10.
Disc 4: DVD with special features.
