The Vampire Diaries vs Gossip Girl

Who do you (humorously or seriously) think is better - the vampire world of the
Salvatore brothers, or the Manhattan elite of Gossip Girl (both in their TV versions)
and please say why.

I do not like either, but if i had to pick, i would go with the vampire diaries, because its not just rich kids being bad. the only shows i watch on the CW are Supernatural and Smallville.

Gossip Girl is ridiculous...TVD is actually entertaining and I too watch SMALLVILLE & Supernatural.

The Vampire Diaries is pretty good, I liked it better than Supernatural's fifth season. Gossip Girl is stupid, I watched the first few episodes because I like Kristen Bell, but I just couldn't get into it.

The various Gossip Girls look great, and wear some awesome gear, and that's all that I need to know.

I must admit that I flaked on the actual show after one or two eps, but still, their looks have to count for something.
