Poll The V-neck sweaters. Designed by a Vulcan?

Anyone else notice that the crew's 'V-neck' sweaters are the same shape as the live long and prosper hand gesture? This leads me to believe that the sweaters were - perhaps - created by a Vulcan designer at Starfleet.

No I haven't noticed it. I don't recall any v-neck sweaters in TOS, and certainly not on the crew, unless you count what Robert Phillips was wearing in The Cage/Menagerie.
