Oh, yeah, I use to visit this site regularly when OutPost Gallifrey was still active. I had nearly forgotten about it. Looks like he revamped the layout.
And before someone complains, "Hey, this isn't about Trek," notice the avatar and the name of the OP. I think that explains why The Castellan wanted to share it with us. Besides, the concept behind the miniature settings might inspire someone to create something similar with Trek oriented designs.

That's a neat site; these folks are putting a lot of effort into it.
Now... Ultimate? I think the Truly Ultimate small scale sets would be nanotech made from individual atoms. I suppose it would be expensive firing up the atomic force microscope to see your creations plus you'd have to be veeeeeery careful how you store them. I thought I was scatterbrained misplacing some of my hobby stuff...

2: It's the name of a character I made, no relation to the ones seen in Dr. Who.
