The Shatner Project on HGTV

Did a quick search and didn't find anything. Apologies if this is a duplicate thread.

Came across the show this morning and watched back to back half hour episodes. Bill and Liz are remodeling their old house.

First impressions:

Bill is hilarious. During the kitchen reno he's constantly questioning Liz about the need for this or that, and she often looks like she wants to punch him.

At the end of the kitchen episode, the degigner remarks that the sink is big enough to bathe in. So Bill picks her up, carries her to the sink, and sets her in. I asked my wife how long she thought Shat had to rest after that stunt. :lol:

Anyway, I have no idea if this has run before, how many episodes, etc. I'd never heard about it before this morning. But two episodes in, it's a lot of fun.

Saw a few minutes of it the other morning. Shatner is an enigma, one moment he seems weak and lost, the next spry and on his game.

As for the rest, it is pretty similar to all their other renovation shows.

Watch episode 1 off the DVR yesterday with the wife. Shatner doesn't get enough credit for his comedic timing.
Best line:
Four ovens, four refrigerators, three dogs, one wife. And one husband looking in from the outside.
<pause>
Because there isn't room.
