The Secret Circle(The CW) *Spoilers*

"Faye" with her natural accent during commercial breaks! Phoebe does American bitch girl voice pretty well.

Voodoo daddy has no problem hitting on high school girls (played by women in their 20's, but in the show they what, 16-17?).
 
great episode last night loved it. fay may be a bitch but she is a hot bitch and easy on the eyes.
 
That's my girl Faye. That was one of the better episodes. They did good with advancing her struggle for power and hitting the reset button. I wonder how long they can drag that out though.

I think casey is in her sophmore year of high school right now so about 16.
now faye and the other maybe older. now they finally released the secret circle trilogy in e form I am so going to have to pick them up.

S1 EP12 "Witness" TONIGHT! :)
JAKE RETURNS AND OFFERS CASSIE THE CHANCE TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED 16 YEARS AGO — Jake returns to Chance Harbor to warn Cassie that unless they find out how her father was killed in the boat fire 16 years ago, she'll meet with the same death. He suggests an extremely dangerous method to finally uncover what happened on that fateful day, but Adam and Diana suspect he has ulterior motives. In an effort to usurp the other, both Charles and Dawn try to get Ethan on board as an ally. Faye gets trapped in a dangerous situation when one of Lee's friends, Callum (guest star Michael Graziadei) stops by the shop.

Some thoughts...I don't like Faye at all and she is hanging out with creepy losers. Ethan, Adam's dad has been holding out on us. :lol: Jake definitely has an ulterior motive and is a creep. Finally...Cassie is wonderful...I am guessing her dad knew she was at the spooky ship in the past and knew it was her...cause he seems like a powerful witch and dropped the necklace or he would have kept it. Excellent ep...probably my favorite so far. :bolian:

Much like The Vampire Diaries...The Secret Circle will return Feb 2nd. ;)
 
I randomly caught tonight's episode of The Secret Circle while I was flipping through channels after watching Parks and Recreation.

The acting seems a bit wooden but the lighting is stark, I got into it, and watch the episode all the way through. Don't know if I'll watch it again or not. First time I ever watched an episode of anything CW.
 
Guy must be in love to desecrate a grave in the middle of the night, doing all the digging himself.

Seriously, try digging a hole and see how far you get before you get tired.

Will Jake's realization about the witch hunters will ever get him to admit to anyone that he murdered the antiques store owner?

Melissa is MIA again...

Who's paying for Jake's dead brother's house? Utilities, etc.? This is another Kevin Williamson things where teens live alone or have unseen guardians...or "come from money", which is a good cop out. Whats-her-name....Elena on vampire diaries...her (mostly dead) family is loaded, she only has to worry about the supernatural and maybe high school (but not really that).
 
I don;t really see the problem with melissa being gone not one of my favorite charcters. I thought this was a fantastic episode. this show keeps getting better and better.
 
Melissa isn't so bad...they just need to find more for her to do...

I don't mind Melissa being absent, either. She's dreadfully boring, and they really need to do something to make her more interesting.

Some pretty cool stuff was revealed in the last episode. I wonder why...

Ethan was seen walking out of the room just before Jake's parents were ambushed. Could he have made some kind of bargain with the witch hunters? Lure John Blackwell there in exchange for his own life being spared? We know he didn't like John because of his involvement with Amelia. That still doesn't explain how Charles and Dawn survived, though.

I don't think Jake has an ulterior motive anymore. Now that he knows the truth about who really killed his parents, he's probably fully on the side of Cassie and the circle. I can see him still keeping in touch with the hunters, though, to make them think he's still on their side. That's too valuable an advantage to give up.

This ep was okay...for some reason I was expecting it to be better. It had some silly fun, after school special moments, triangle angst...I was expecting the church scene to be scarier...I think TSC lacks the edge and intensity that TVD has alot of the times. Cassie(Britt Robertson) can be my Valentine! :adore:

Ouija board nonsense..."sacred"...why not "CHURCH IN THE WOODS...ADDRESS TO FOLLOW..."

What's with the big abandoned church in the woods that can be easily entered by a teenage girl?

Witch hunters exist for exposition purposes. And Jake believes them for story purposes.

Adam gets all cut and then is like "come on to the boat and have a romantic moment, Cassie! I've got champagne...yeah, remember when underage kids drinking was a major plot point in prime time dramas? Me neither!"

Cassie is like "I just wrecked my SUV or my Gram's SUV, but I'll go with you to the boat..."

Parental unit free episode, too. Where's Faye's mom...the hospital?...the lake house? Who cares?
 
Really not digging the Adam/Cassie thing. It's always felt very one-sided to me (on Adam's part), and like they're only getting together because that's what's "supposed to happen." I think Britt Robertson has a lot more chemistry with Chris Zylka; plus Jake's just a more interesting character than Adam is, in my opinion.

For a moment I found myself wishing I was that pizza guy. :lol: :ouch:
