The Sabateur - Any Good?

My local Gamestop has it on sale for 19 bucks. I am tempted to get it, but I would like to know if anyone here has played it and is it worth 19 bucks?

I've been tempted to pick it up as well, but by all accounts it's nothing special. With so many great games out there, I doubt I will ever get around to it

BigFoot loves the game, but I haven't opened my copy yet to tell you anything about it. Sorry.

Its actually not to bad, take assassins creed building climbing, stick it in France during WWII, make it the resistance fighting the nazi's, add driving and killing just like GTA, and you got saboteur....and if you can get it at a bargain price go for it,

Just Cause 2 in WWII France in a lot of ways as well...
I enjoyed it as well...

Pretty much yeah. While I didn't absolutely love the game, I did really enjoy it. It's just a lot of fun. Driving around the countryside, blowing up Nazi installations is just so damn entertaining. I was never able to just drive by one. I always had to pull over and blow it up. :p

^^I was the very same, then running away and watching your handy work:lol:....and i also forget, its got some great music, remember when you were roaming the landscape in fallout 3 and Bing Crosby is belting out "Way back home", Saboteur does this as well, the Nina Simone "feeling good" game remix is particularly good, so yeah another game with a great soundtrack to kick and relax with while playing.

I picked it up for under £20 last week - haven't started it yet (still got the final battle with the Joker to go in Arkham Asylum, though I completed all the Riddler challengers already)

^ The Ark of the Covenant? :)

I finally got around to playing this game for a few hours. It's alright. Nothing special. Some of the programming and AI are pretty crappy. When BigFoot told me it was like GTA, that should've been my first warning. But it was cheap! :)

I know what you mean. I am having fun with it, but I dont like the climbing system. It is a pain in the butt, especially when I am trying to escape the nazis
