I've been enjoying it, certainly a lot more than The Opposition with Jordan Klepper (which I think I'm going to bail on). I just wish it was longer than 20 minutes and more than once a week.
In Jordan's defense, he has to play a ridiculous character, and get to every salient point assbakwards... Which never stopped Colbert from being Amazing.
True, and while I get what they're going for (mockery of Alex Jones), it's just not working for me, especially at this time. But his interviews are always strong, so that's something at least.
Thede, on the other hand, is taking a page from Samantha Bee and going full on sass, black woman style, although I wish the content was more focused like Bee.

Do we consider The President Show to be in this group of Daily Show clones?
I don't consider it part of the Stewart Legacy (trademark pending) because that character didn't have any connection The Daily Show or its spin-offs.
