Whereas Grand Admiral Jean-Luc Cul-Naej has double the amount of all of Captain Picard's Starfleet knowledge, Dracip Picard has double the amount of Captain Picard's other interests in civilian pursuits. He also has really big shoulders.

Looks like he might be a good linebacker.

That serpentine look is awesome. That needs kitting.

It doesn't look too hot with other stuff, because it puts one weird layer on top of a normal layer. With the station it looks ok because the central core on both layers blends together. with the TOS Enterprise for example it just looks like it's having a seizure
Anyway, this happened

With deep dreaming, a pareidolia effect puts animal noses and such in dark spots on cliffs. Now, swap animal parts for things like phaser banks, torpedo tubes, impulse vents.

Refinery photos can construct a Borg tube nicely this way.

If he's using the Hindi/Punjabi name, then he would more likely use the Devangari letter भा rather than the Latin letter B.

But, then, Khan is a fan of English, so he might use the I to support the multiethnic background of the country, especially since he seems to be a minority (non-practicing Sikh) in a majority Hindi nation.

I like these suggestions. I put a version of this on my deviantart page and I might change the B to a भा there.
