If the FOX.com website allow you to play the free videos in your region, then yes. Otherwise you'll either have to wait or use a website that tricks theirs into thinking you are in the U.S..

I think they are showing some of the episodes out of production order, so it might have been produced second. I checked TV Guide and they have it down as episode 1.

^ I'd forgotten about the s1 episode that was being held over until s2. That explains why they're having 2 eps launch the season. Another-presumably the actual s201, airs in the regular Thursday timeslot.
