I feel exactly like that kitty ~ upside down
Was great night, my throat is raw from singing, I've learnt new songs in new languages and there is very little booze left in the house
I got to bed at 6am
I'm waaaaaaaay too old for this ~ until next Friday 
And apparently I joined facebook last night
It was my plan to get up in time to go to the market and get some fresh produce an' such... oh well, the market will be there again on Wednesday.
I didn't sing much along (the melodies were mostly unknown to me!) but I did find my Gasolin 'album' -alas I only have it on cassette -and I haven't had a player for years
Around six was the time, but I didn't so much go to bed as pass out though.

Yes, if I recall I had a plan for today, but it didn't pan out.
Had I thought about it (had I thought about anything!) I would have got the vinyl out too, got a player recently but because it's rarely used I have to re-plugged everything and always forget which button = deck

A couple of years ago my dad gave me his -not functioning- record player because we never listened to records at their place anyway and I was just about to go buy a new one.../.../ I would have got the vinyl out too, got a player recently but because it's rarely used I have to re-plugged everything and always forget which button = deck
I took it apart and sucked all the dog hairs out of it and -voilà- had myself a great record player!
On drunkl Fridays I often (but not yesterday for some reason) play some of my albums. Every single LP that was ever in the family is now in my collection; sis and dad and mum together had almost as many as I, so now I have a record collection spanning from ELVIS over Doors to ABBA with trips into German 'Neue Welle', two decades of Danish pop-rock and Classic stuff you just can't get on CDs.
It's all hooked up an ready to play -in fact: ELO's Out of the Blue (the Concerto for a Rainy Day side) was just lying there, so I put it on right now
I have already decided on take-away or sandwiches for today's dinnerMust go and sober up in bath before trying to cook dinner

AC/DC, to The Wall via Joan Armtrading, Thin Lizzy, David Essex, Queen, Purple and Black Sabbath. And I've just found my 1980 World tour programme for Lizzy OMG ~ must have gone in my pram

But it was damned good my friend. The only thing is I've had to be doubly upbeat K'eh tonight IRL to hide the fact that I was getting shit-faced with you lot 'til 6am ~ and I must admit to starting to flag somewhat now
