The Office: The Duel

Samurai8472

Admiral

The office returns tonight! and Andy and Dwight duel.....

(NBC): The office is on eggshells because Andy still hasn’t found out about fiancee Angela’s affair with Dwight. When Michael spills the beans, Dwight and Andy take matters into their own hands. Meanwhile, Michael is nervous about being called down to corporate for a meeting with Wallace.

I am not surprised that Michael is the one to spill the beans. Man can not keep a secret.
Doesn't mean I'm not eagerly looking forward to tonights new episode!!!!

God bless Jim for even trying to do anything about this. He should've just sent both of them home, but that would've been a lousy episode. :)

Holly is coming back?

Exclusive: Amy Ryan returning to 'The Office'

I'm fairly certain this calls for a Hallefreakinglujah!

Greg Daniels, the big boss behind The Office, just confirmed for me exclusively the best news ever: Amy Ryan will be reprising her spectacularly popular role as Holly Flax, soul mate to Steve Carrel's Michael.

"She will come back," says Daniels. "We haven't written it yet, but we're discussing her coming back for the season finale. We're hoping she'll be available."

Daniels went on to say that he's "very open" to working out a more permanent Office arrangement with Ryan. "Because [Michael and Holly] have such a deep connection, I don't think she can blow in and out every so often," he explains. "It would be too hard for him as a human being. So, we're hoping to find some very significant things for them. And if we can get her to sign on for a really long period, we'll do it."

Good episode. It's funny how tonight both Office and Earl featured a status quo shattering event. I actually called Andy running him over with his car before the "fight" happened :D Too bad Andy didn't go crazy mad or there was a real fight. I did like how they BOTH dumped Angela in the end, I didn't see that coming.

We got a pretty good episode. Creed easily had the best line in the episode when he said "You're welcome" when Andy thanked everyone for not telling him about Dwight and Angela.
I did like how they BOTH dumped Angela in the end, I didn't see that coming.
Yeah that was a great moment.

I think Oscar had the best line.

"The Prius is silent if he keeps it under five miles per hour. He deserves the win."

I loved that it was sneaking up on Dwight

Angela ending up dumped by both was indeed a surprise twist.

Michael inserting questions about how good Angela is in bed was expected and creepy all at the same time.

"So you do missionary?"
"I said nothing fancy"
:lol::lol::lol:

I hope the tease about Holly returning comes true.

VERY satisfying to see Angela end up alone in the end. I don't expect it to last long though - either Dwight will get lonely or Andy will go back to being the whipped puppy, more likely the former. I think Andy was just in love with the idea of being a couple and getting married.

Please let the Amy Ryan talks develop into something substantial! I'd LOVE to see her come back!

Angela got what was coming for her, which was good to see.

Liked the rules song:

Learn your rules,
You better learn your rules,
If you don't you'll be eaten in your sleep,
