When Holly leads a seminar on ethics, she realizes how unethical the Scranton branch really is.

didn't have an episode last week due to the VP debates but it's back tonight! :)

Good episode. Nice to see Jim riffing on Dwight again finally. Nice to see Michael turn on whatshername for once. I still don't understand her as a character, how she has that personality or is a sad loner.

Yeah I don't get her either. It's like they decided to bring in this person at first and wrote her caring, intelligent etc...then they decided to make her a female michael and stress that she was dorky. She seems all over the place to me. It was kind of a boring episode.

Dwight had a great line though about cuckolding that made me lol.

Absolutely! I missed that for a while! I guess Jim was going easy on him because he got dumped, but still... The Office just isn't the same without Dwight getting pranked and mindfucked constantly.

Jim's factually-inaccurate "Battlestar Galactica" discussion with Andy was great. Dwight would get mad and ALMOST turn around and correct Jim, only to see Jim primed with his finger on the stopwatch button.

Andy: "Is it anything like the original?"
Jim: "It's practically a shot-for-shot remake."

That was classic. I was dying laughing. :guffaw:

Wasn't too bad. Some good moments. The end of the cold open. Dwight peeing into a bottle (at least this time he didn't cut his penis) and putting it up on his desk.

I wonder when we'll see Holly and Dwight starting to clash since Dwight has clashed with the two previous new people that Michael started paying attention to (Ryan and Andy).

I can see Jim finding out about Dwight and Angela in the future and going to tell Andy, only to have Andy blame Jim in trying to ruin his wedding as part of his "game".

Another example of Andy not been able to tell him Jim is joking...Jim starts adding LOTR stuff and all Andy can do is look confused as say, "That doesn't sound right."

Great episode.
No Pam was a bummer and I'm not counting her voice.

Dwight being gone for 19minutes*pan to Angela adjusting colar* was great.
Jim: So was that personal time?

I disagree that Holly's character has been eratic. She has been portrayed the same as I see it. Last night was the first time we saw her down shift into an actual business mode but it was really the only time she had to. The other antics were containable.

That, and Pam's little "sorry" after Michael tackled Jim were the only really stand-out parts for me. A fairly mediocre episode.

I really loved Jim's description of Battlestar Gallactica, "and there are Wookies.." and seeing poor Dwight seethe to correct him. Made the whole show for me, geek that I am.

It’s like, some guy named Dumbledore Calrissian, he has to go and take this ring back to Mordor

Jim Halpert: By any chance did you see Battlestar Gallactica?

Andy: No I did not. Was that any good?

Jim Halpert: Actually not. It was really so-so. [holds up stopwatch to Dwight]

Dwight-okay......

Jim Halper:I mean I like all the crazy monsters and stuff, you know like Klingons and Wookies and all that but-- Sorry was, there something you wanted to add Dwight?

Andy: Is that anything like the original Battlestar Galactica.

Jim Halpert: You what's weird? It's practically a shot for shot remake.

Dwight crumples paper in his face to restrain himself

Andy: Really? Huh. Cool.

Jim Halpert: The story's kind of bland. It's about this guy named Dumbledore Calrissian

Dwight-okay......

Jim Halpert: and he has to return the ring back to Mordor.

Andy: [pause] That doesn't sound right...
:guffaw::guffaw:

You didn't like the look on Dwight's face when he admitted that he might not be so ethical after all (pan to Angela buttoning up her shirt)?

I agree that the episode didn't live up to the "ONE OF THE FUNNIEST OFFICE EPISODES EVAR!!!!" exclamation point overdosed AiCN review (no surprise there since they've never met a bit of hyperbole they didn't like), but I thought it was pretty good.
