The Office: 6x04 - "Niagara, Part 1 and 2" - Discussion

Hilarious! My favorite bits:

-Kevin and his kleenex box shoes
-Pam's sister confusing Kevin and Oscar as a couple
-Michael in the ice machine room
-Dwight kicking the girl in the face dancing down the aisle

And Jim and Pam tying the knot? Funny, sweet, and romantic...One of my favorite episodes ever!

All gem moments. After watching Kevin ice up his sweaty feet, I was hoping there'd be a bit where someone would react to that in some way... like putting the ice in their drink and spitting it out or something less obvious.

Fantastic episode. This episode is why I watch this show. Great moments throughout the episode and the dancing scene spliced with the boat marriage was brilliant. Having the office crew stand up first and applaud as Jim and Pam left was a nice touch too and how they looked genuinely happy for them, even Toby looked happy.

Andy was classic. Feel sorry that Dwight and Mike hooked up but he didn't. Now Jim and Pam are together I'm on the Andy-Erin bus.

Only part I didn't like was I thought they over did Oscar being a bitch about the boyfriend mistake. Oscar was very mean to basically his best friend in the office.

So let's say I go to the library, which has a semi-fast internet connection, to watch this show online. Would I go to NBC.com? And how long does it take to download?

I MISSED IT!!!! I set a VCR timer on the WRONG CHANNEL!!! &@#&@#$&@&#@! Sigh. And they're not rerunning it. And I'm on dialup so I can't watch it online. Sigh. Guess I'll just have to pray they get around to rerunning it in December.

Did you really just say your VCR... I love it...

However, I had to hulu it after my wife did last night. It was great..

Every scene with Kevin was pure gold. I loved his part during the wedding dance. Oh and his shoes being destroyed! Especially his reaction when he was offered free breakfast to make up for it!

Don't click the link above, that website is crap. The way most people view it online is by going to Hulu.com and searching for the episode there. That will be the fastest and easiest way, and it is a trusted website.

I really hope the writers don't start giving Pam and Jim marriage drama. When they tried doing that last year when they were engaged, it failed so badly and felt very forced. Just make them happily ever after, with more absurd conflict stemming from Dunder Mifflin.

Hulu just redirects you to NBC.com. It is pretty fast, as it streams online. You do have to put up with 30-60 second ads between act breaks, but that's a small price to pay.

^I'm not sure what you mean by Hulu "redirecting" you to NBC.com. The Office streams on Hulu.com just like all of the programming Hulu carries.

I just watched it again and I actually had a little tear during the wedding/boat scenes, absolutely brilliant! Of course I have been a "chick" for the Jim and Pam relationship since the show started so I'm not surprised that got to me.

The 12 year old in me has to point out that you get to see Erin's underwear during the dancing scene. They're peach colored!

Hulu will redirect you to CBS programming, but NBC is one of their major partners.

Interesting...anytime I tried watching Conan on Hulu, I was redirected to the show's site at NBC.com. When that continued to happen to me, I just started going straight to NBC. Strange.

My favorite part was Michael talking to Pam's grandma in her hotel room. "You're that foul man who kept talking about intercourse."
Then when she complained that she was unable to turn off the tv, and he just pressed the power button, that sent me over the edge.:guffaw:

I liked the hotel manager solemnly explaining that he had to get rid of the shoes, in fact, incinerate them due to concerns about public safety.
