The voice seems to suggest that's the guy who plays Spock in the next TREK fan film "Blood and Fire". (Yes, New Voyages, now "PHASE II" has lost its original Spock, at least for now.)

The problem is, his voice sounds SO familiar to me...but I can't place him.
