Love the Federation flag wallpaper. I've considered using that design myself on more than one occasion.

I almost chose that exact wallpaper when I went to change mine yesterday.

I put this up instead:

It's cropped from the original, which had the Star Trek Online logo in the bottom left corner.

If you do, keep in mind that there are a LOT of changes that have been implemented since last year.

Starfleet Academy and Headquarters are always great subjects for desktop wallpaper. My Trek wallpaper is usually the classic Enterprise or the NX-01 but the Academy and Starfleet Headquarters look gorgeous whether they're CGI or a matte painting.

Yes it is. Mars (also known to myself as "Best Planet") is supposed to be looming over the Earth, like some kind of War of the Worlds type metaphor.
