What OS is that?

Something linux based. I dont know which one, but I do know that the icon pack Clegg is using is in xubuntu. If i were to venture a guess though, i'd say mint or debian.

I figured it was some Linux distro. I didn't know xubuntu looked like this. I always imagined it to look a lot less friendly, for some reason.

It is, in fact, Linux Mint Debian Edition.

But it's Gnome, not XFCE.

Nah. I could make it look identical in XFCE.

At this point, it and Gnome 2X are pretty interchangeable.
