You could have cut off the heads of Playmate action figures and used them.
Are you still wanting tokens? If so, try searching for "Star Trek Pewter" ... They made pewter figurines of the characters in at least two sizes. One was the normal-type, about 2 1/2 to 3 inches tall for each. Then there was another much smaller version, about one inch tall, that was made for some kind of game. As I understand it, they originally came five or six to a package, and were then supposed to be painted by the consumer and then used as characters in whatever game it was.
I've seen them in flea markets, and bought a set of them just a few days ago, a set of the main seven from TOS, for $15 total. It was a reasonable price to me. They're a bit taller than the normal Monopoly pieces, but they'll work for me.
This is in addition to the official pieces the company (Hasbro?) included with their various Trek Monopoly games, of course.
I am glad the iron is gone. No one wants to be the iron! The boot needs to be changed next.
They are so cute and adorable you can't resist them. Resistance is futile
Yeah, I think I can resist them pretty well. At least enough to not become a crazy internet cat-person like, well, 90% of the internet apparently is.
Some people just don't know when to give it a rest. Yeah they are cute get over it no need to dominate the web.
It's because secretly many of us wish we were crazy cat lady. We can't be crazy cat lady IRL so we become crazy cat lady on the internet.
My friend got me this magnet which I display proudly on my fridge:
And you can always get that fixed....
I had 7 cats at one point. Now I only have 3
Interesting, thanks. We've long used other game pieces when it gets brought out periodically, but thanks for the idea.
My dad would always be the boot if he couldn't get the race car! My mom would be the iron because it was the most feminine, and she didn't want to be the thimble.
I always wanted to be the dog although if I was playing with my grandma I would have to give her the dog because she had a dog just like it.
