If you're referring to the Kahless from TOS's "The Savage Curtain", then that would be a correct statement. If you're referring to Kahless from TNG's "Rightful Heir", then he would have been created in the image of his own DNA from that little dagger they had at the monastery, indicating how Klingons of that time looked
Neither, I was joking, a reference to the line about V'Ger.

Augh! I'd forgotten about them, thanks. And rightly so. Time to do it all over again. Now, where did I leave that icepick?
For the last time, when setting the table, the pistol goes on the right and the ice pick on the left!

Don't know how many times I have to say this.

If it's a Klingon table, d'k tagh on the left, disruptor on the right.

Also, Klingon weapons in Stargate:

I'm not a fan. These aren't the Klingons I'm looking for! In fact, I'm rather sick of Klingons and would have wished for them to explore some other races, like Tellarites or Andorians or even some new one.

And why all the changes in appearance again? This is change for change's sake, but this seems to be the theme of this visual reimagination of Trek, and this is something this old fuddy-duddy doesn't approve of. Oh, well...

Ok, I watched it again and I now believe these are regular Klingons. The 3 Klingons in the balcony during the tomb scene look like warriors, not priests or pacifists of any kind. When they did the death howl that main Klingon looked pretty ominous. Also the Klingon EVA battle suit is really cool looking. It also looks like they may be digitally augmenting their height. That EVA Klingon looked as tall as an early Hirogen next to Green.

Did you see the shot of their clawed hands?

It really looks like the intent is to make the Klingons look as alien as possible without abandoning all connection between them and previous versions.

Agreed. It's like they are extracting the human-like attributes and this is the logical result. They're starting to grow on me, and it makes me wonder what the other visual reboot species will look like. Romulans that evolved farther from Vulcans (and closer to Remans perhaps), The Borg as a single mainframe (ok, maybe not). :cardie:

If you gave them hair and Beards, they would be fine. I mean , we have never seen a bald Klingon, could very well be a cult.

I agree and that is why I may like them as I do.

As much as I love the Prime timeline klingons, they are campy, space vikings and pretty one dimensional. I'm into the new klingons. They look regal, intimidating and actually alien. Here's hoping there more to them than a fixation with honour

I'm not sure if those hands are actual Klingon hands. Maybe it's somekind of an "ancient" Klingon monster.

Those dont seem so monstrous.

( Of course there can be a boring real world explanation and those background Klingons simply dont have their klingon gloves on. )
