I haven't stuck with any new comedies in two years. That entire list is filled with mediocre to terrible shows.

But the best comedy to come along in the last 20 years comes out this month....

FULLER HOUSE!

(And there have been rumors for awhile that they would bring back Married With Children. I think that would be amazing.)

You want a genuinely damn funny show, look no further than Broad City.

Season 3 starts next week!

Season three means that a show has found an audience.

Fuller House is bubble wrapped in 30 years of nostalgia.

The new shows on the list above, %75 percent of them are going to be murdered and become as forgotten about as Accidentally on Purpose.
.

Damn, I wanted to cut back on shows in general but after those promos I have to watch Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, I hate you people is what I'm saying.

I haven't had a chance to see them yet but there's Baskets with Zach Galifanakis and Idiotsitter. There's a new show called You, Me, and the Apocalypse which title screams The Last Man on Earth but I haven't caught it either. My damned DVR never seems to be less than 80% full...

I could not stand Baskets. Idiotsitter I am watching because I think Jillian Bell is hilarious.

I really wanted to like You Me and the Apocalypse but after two episodes I just did not care anymore. I was expecting a comedy, but it wasn't funny. It's the kind of show I would have watched in the summer doldrums, but with so many shows airing right now (not to mention it's airing against three other shows I tape), it's just falling to the bottom of the pile.

I'm a bit of a slut for starting threads about awesome new programming... Which is something I haven't been doing recently because I can't see no reason out there in TV land to get slutty anymore.

So rather than start 8 threads about how shit 8 shitty new shows are, I consolidated the threads into a super thread about how shit everything is, as a consideration to the ecology of this board.

CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND is unique and offbeat frequently brilliant. It's one on the few shows my own girlfriend and I make a point of watching in real time every week.

I haven't watched any of the other shows on the list.

I'm watching Cooper. I think the main lead is very charming and charismatic, the female lead is quite attractive, and the format is a little different.
