Well, here's the possibilities:
1. It's a new Enterprise (highly unlikely.)
2. It's a new Stargazer (more possible based on its four nacelles, but the circular saucer isn't really de rigueur for the year 2400.)
3. It's an older ship from when Picard was younger (perhaps the Reliant, which he served on as an ensign.)
4. It's a new ship from the year 2400, not the Stargazer or the Enterprise, and has a round saucer for some reason.
Rumours abound that a series set on board the USS Republic is in the works. Thus I combine this with the idea that Picard may be shooting it's 3rd and final season right now and come out with those sets being the Republic, and the new series in the works is to make use of those sets without Sir Patrick.
