Game The Most Disliked Vaughn Armstrong Appearance

Fury is an awful episode, but I agree Vaughn Armstrong was pretty good in it.

I love Flesh and Blood, up until Iden suddenly goes all madman in the second part of it, and undoing any of the interesting character work up until that point.

It's an entertaining end for the Hirogen, seeing actual fallout from Janeway's decision from The Killing Game. I just have to pretend real that this episode is placed before some of the big jumps they did in season 5. ;)

I was sure "FURY" would 'win', or at least be in the final 3.

I am saving "BROKEN BOW". Take out the Temporal Cold War, and it was an excellent pilot.

"Sleeping Dogs" is a trope that always satisfies me, the handful of characters trapped on the imperiled alien ship.

It's funny how many of his characters are "Captain." Klingon Captain, Kreetassan Captain, Vidiian Captain, Alpha Hirogen...

A hard day's
ENT Season 2: "A Night In Sickbay" (Kreetassan Captain)

Any Star Trek episode that manages to revolve a plot around a dog taking a whiz on a revered tree and then gets sick, but has its teaser hiding that in favor of hyping up sex for the sake of... showing sex on TV... is probably going to have my attention. But talk about barking up the wrong tree in terms of what made Trek work... Seriously! Finally addressing going down on a planet where there are pathogens that can harm or kill was a bit overdue in a show that already racked up 400+ episodes all over the place and nobody caught the cooties... apart from that one episode... you know the one... from Voyager... where Harry got hairy and all...

And this episode was dealing with an entirely different culture to sweeten up the pot with. It's almost reminiscent of some TOS episodes... As much as I'd want to spend a few hours pontificating that little tangent, this isn't really about TOS. Which is a shame since TOS was also ostensibly an adult-themed show...

except TOS did a better job at sacrificing common sense in order to get a bigger and better story rolling whose bigger themes actually made up for the plot point being sacrificed in the first place. Such as "Friday's Child" where we're told upfront there's a delicate and hostile situation so instead of beaming down the best trained personnel in order to prevent a situation from blooming out of control, they beam down the rookie dingbat who drank too much coffee five minutes prior and is the first to quickly whip out his phaser and promptly gets killed in a stunning environment... but if that didn't happen then we wouldn't have the episode, which made up for it so we know the setup was deliberate for the sake of setting up a better talking point, since there'd otherwise be no story to build up to get to the real good stuff...

Also, talk about a teaser:

ENT Season 1: "Fortunate Son" (Forrest)

ENT Season 2: "Shockwave, Part II" (Forrest)

Saving "FUTURE TENSE".

I liked the DOCTOR WHO homage and finally seeing Tholian ships again.

ENT Season 1: "Fortunate Son" (Forrest)
ENT Season 1: "Shadows of P'Jem" (Forrest)
ENT Season 1: "Shockwave, Part I" (Forrest)
ENT Season 2: "Shockwave, Part II" (Forrest)
ENT Season 2: "Cease Fire" (Forrest)

I'll save Cease Fire next.

All I can remember is that it was executed well, just the story itself was a little dull. At least the writers were still continuing the Vulcan/Andorian arc.

Forget Belkov getting it,

VOY Season 7: "Endgame" (Korath)

For all its faults, it is still a fairly exciting action romp, with some great acting, a few great lines of dialogue, Alice Krige back in her final appearance as the Borg Queen, and in a parallel world have solace in knowing that an already supremely creepy ending had a twist in that Barclay could never get that toupee on correct even though the 24th century supposedly never cared about people having vanity but don't those belt buckles rock?

Dang... like Sam Beckett, they never made it home

ENT Season 1: "Shockwave, Part I" (Forrest)
ENT Season 2: "Shockwave, Part II" (Forrest)

My final save this game is "FORTUNATE SON".

While not a great episode, the attempt to expand on Boomer society was a good idea. It had some good moments. Unfortunately, it showcased just how dull Anthony Montgomery was as Mayweather. Still, a good try.

Truly, good luck with these last ones, folks.

Call me crazy, but I'm going to save "Shockwave, Part I." I've recently been on a bit of a bender with various Trek Part I's, and I'm thus feeling favorably disposed towards the setup episodes at the moment. Suddenly I'm remembering "well some of that Suliban and Future Guy stuff was fun..."

I mean, it's bad, but Part II is so much worse, and is what truly drags down the total grade of this two-parter for me.

ENT Season 1: "Shadows of P'Jem" (Forrest)
ENT Season 2: "Shockwave, Part II" (Forrest)

Shadows of P'Jem was a somewhat dull follow-up to the exciting The Andorian Incident, as I mostly remember it for the silly humour with Archer and T'Pol being tied together, and his face ending up in her cleavage,

However, at least it had Shran in it.

I think I already remember voting for Shockwave, Part II to lose, but, it's such a terrible episode that it deserves to win again. Poor follow-up to part one? Temporal Cold War? Gazelle speeches? You name it, this episode has it.

I'll remove Flesh and Blood, because I hate all of the first two seasons of Enterprise, so it's between that and Endgame.

VOY Season 7: "Endgame" (Korath)
ENT Season 1: "Broken Bow" (Forrest)
ENT Season 1: "Fortunate Son" (Forrest)
ENT Season 1: "Sleeping Dogs" (Klingon Captain)

ENT Season 2: "A Night In Sickbay" (Kreetassan Captain)

Another win for "Shockwave, Part II"! It really is dreadful.
